Best Friends Forever

PS: Faith and Madeline from my last two posts are best friends... which is pretty obvious from this set of pictures. They were soooo sweet together. I met my best friend when we were 5 and that makes it seem like we've been best friends forever. How special is it for these two to say they've been best friends since they were born, literally, two weeks apart? Precious!

Miss Madeline

Last year I went home bragging about this little one's 1st year photo shoot... it was sooo easy; she thought I was hilarious and really hammed it up for the camera. This year, I lost my charm! She made me "work haaaard for my money!" hehehe :) Despite the fact that it was late, windy, cold, and that my camera and I were less than amusing, we got some great shots of this little beauty. Happy 2nd Birthday Miss Madeline!

Precious

Precious little Faith... I did her 1 year photos a year ago and she just gets more precious each time. Such a little cutie. Central Oregon is definitely becoming a favorite session location of mine!

Sweet Baby Lila & Pretty Little Camille

I have known Camille and Lila's Mommy since we were Lila and Camille's ages... or possibly longer. I don't remember not knowing her :) I love that we have babies the same age and that I get to capture their special moments. Camille is such a sweet little girl... the camera LOVES her (and vice versa ;). Her new baby sister Lila is a precious little bundle of love; I was so happy to meet her today! Enjoy your sneak peek!

Madisen Turns Two

My daughter's BFF (Best Friend Forever) turned two this past weekend so of course we did a photoshoot. What better place than the day park at Lake Billy Chinook at sunset? Two 2-year-olds definitely don't make for an easy session but we ended up with some good shots. Aren't the dresses adorable? They were made by yours truly for Madisen's birthday :) Happy Birthday sweet girl!

And the grand finale... brings a tear to the eye...

Angie & MJ ~ Married!

Did I stumble into Hawaii for this one? It sure felt like it with the clear pool of a waterfall as the backdrop and the warm summer air brushing our skin. As I began edits on this set of photos I was definitely reminded of the islands. Actually, the setting for this sweet afternoon wedding was the beautiful Columbia River Gorge... Horsetail Falls to be exact. This was such a sweet, private celebration. Close friends and immediate family gathered to celebrate two hearts becoming one. Congratulations and enjoy your sneak peek!

Mark & Holly ~ Married!

I had the pleasure of photographing Mark & Holly's beautiful August 8th wedding at McMenamin's Edgefield (see their waterfront engagement session in my May archives).
