I have been waiting FOREVER to capture this sweet couples wonderful wedding day. Ok...ok... maybe not forever, but I've been waiting about 18 months, which was the duration of their engagement :) Speaking of engagement, you can view their fun Lake Billy Chinook Engagement Session from a year ago here: Oddly, there was a meteor shower that night as well as on the night of their wedding! Anyway, I knew their day was going to be amazing; one look at their vendor list  (strait out of A Country Bridal Affair!) would tell you that! The day was perfect, it ran smoothly (thanks to their awesome coordinator, Donna and her team!), the weather was beautiful, the setting was amazing, and their love was genuine and pure as love should be :) Congratulations you guys! I can't wait to capture the other big moments you will experience in your lives together! You were so wonderful to work with and it's been so fun getting to know you!

Brandon & Jessica's Wedding 8-4-2012

I met Jessica and her Mom at A Country Bridal Affair, the bridal show that I co-hosted with Pearl and Roses Wedding Planning back in January. We did her and Brandon's (chilly! It had just snowed!) engagement session around that same time of year and it was remarkable how different the scene was yesterday. For starters, it was 100+ Degrees! It was also beautiful. The couple had such a great, supportive set of family and friends helping them to stay cool and enjoy their day, which they did! We timed our photo shoots according to the weather and made some last minute adjustments to keep them comfortable and made sure to keep everyone well hydrated! I loved all of Jessica's DIY touches; her pink Gerber daisy bouquets, hay bales, burlap, and chalkboard details were so cute and well done! Jessica and Brandon - Engaged!

I am so excited for the 2012 wedding season, it's not even funny! I met Jessica at A Country Bridal Affair and she ended up being the lucky winner of my raffle drawing for half off an engagement session!
