Josh & Aryel 8.12.12 at Green Villa Barn, Independence, Oregon

I met Josh & Aryel at A Country Bridal Affair back in January. She actually came specifically to meet ME! After she visited my booth and told me that, our event MC Chad Dowling called out her name as my grand prize winner :) I'd say it was meant to be. Turns out, she had heard of me because her mom works in our town's local bank where 2 of my 2011 bridal inspiration models have ties to. I love living and working in a small town! I met her and Josh for our consultation at my house and in an unusual set of events, had to have my kids join us; something I typically try to avoid. They were so great with them! These two are going to be fantastic parents someday. Their wedding was truly touching and beautiful. Aryel had created her day basically in duplicate of her Pinterest Board, which leads me to believe she accomplished her dream wedding. It. Looked. Amazing. And it was all DIY projects by her and her family and friends. The couple chose not to see each other until the ceremony, but requested that they be allowed to pray together while still concealed... probably one of my favorite and most emotional photos to date. Their venue, Green Villa Barn in Independence, Oregon was amazing, as was their catering (and the homemade items made by Josh's family... I'm going to need to wander by their house some time looking lost around the dinner hour; those cabbage rolls were wonderful!)

Stunning couple!! I love how much thought the bride put into all of the details in her wedding... and that last shot with the sparklers - so fun!
